Hello again, South-central Indiana!

Happy new year to you! I just wanted to take a moment to celebrate new beginnings. It's a new season of life and new outlook on the future. I am celebrating new wins in a few different aspects of my personal and professional life.

Firstly, I ran my first half-marathon distance a few days ago on January 1. Nothing fancy. No water breaks, no sitting down, no spectators or finisher medal (yet). I just wanted to see how hard it could be to go 21.1K (13 miles) without stopping...ok, just once to bend-and-stretch for a minute.  And I finished in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Not too bad! 

Secondly, I want to celebrate that for the first time, the majority of my wedding gigs will be in the state of Indiana, my home state, and not Ohio where I originally started MicDrop Productions in 2017. I have really enjoyed living in Columbus, Indiana for the last 4 years. It's a great city. Now, I want to ramp up marketing in the south-central Indiana areas, including Indianapolis, Cincinnati and Louisville. Plus, we plan to bring another DJ to assist me at all weddings: my good friend DJ Billy C, who has done many weddings and gigs with or for me in the past, and has worked for a few different local radio stations. 

Thirdly, I want to give a shout out to my wife and kids for being so awesome. They each are so talented, smart, funny and full of life. They are truly a blessing to me, and it's for them that I work as hard as I do to serve my clients.
