Have the event all planned out 1-3 days in advance. Download necessary music. Test gear and equipment. Get to the event 3-4 hours early. Check batteries. Pack clothes. Check in with supervisor.

During the event
Follow the plan. Keep busy. Take photos/videos. Check for songs requested. Engage your audience. Be aware of whats happening all around you. Be aware of where the clients are at. Enjoy the music, groove, dance as much as possible. Keep aware of what's coming next and at what time. Check in with supervisor.

After the event
Get group photo. Get video testimony of parent, officiant, best man, maid of honor, even the clients themselves if possible, whatever works well. Inspect the area for all items. Say goodbye to the clients. Try to be out in one hour, or less if using a small rig. Check in with supervisor.
