Assistant DJ / MC
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to: assisting a featured DJ/MC with set-up and tear-down of audio, video, lighting equipment, taking videos/photos, help operate a DJ or photo booth equipment, etc.
Qualifications may include but not be limited to: have a laptop computer, be available on most Saturdays in May thru November, have reliable transportation, have 4+ years of continuous work record, have a good knowledge of all kinds of popular music genres and artists, have a phone with text/email/Facebook/Zoom. A professional appearance when asked.
BONUS Qualifications include experience with customer service, performing or acting on a stage, and PA systems and AVL equipment, have experience leading a project or team, 2 years of college or high-skill work equivalent completed, own vehicle suitable for hauling equipment. Live in or near Findlay, OH.
Compensation is approximately 15-30% based on experience, ability to provide excellent assistance to the DJ/MC, and provide post-event self-evaluations. Pay outs will be determined prior to each event. Promotion to featured DJ/MC will be available after 5-10 gigs demonstrating high proficiency.

Featured DJ / MC
Responsibilities include public speaking, operating DJ software, operating live sound equipment, managing events, working with venue managers, supervising an assistant, etc. Must attend some meetings and consultations on week days or evenings.
Qualifications include possessing a good or great level of professionalism in appearance, performance, communication, and problem-solving skills. Must have past DJ experience, own a DJ laptop and controller, and own a vehicle suitable for transporting equipment.
Compensation if performing solo is 50-75% based on experience, ability to provide excellent customer service, provide post-event self-evaluations, and elicit 5-star client reviews. If performing as featured DJ with an assistant DJ and/or a featured MC, then earn 40-60% and they earn 15-30%. Pay outs will be determined prior to each event.
