Date: Saturday, October 12, 2024 Clients: Kassandra and Kieran's Wedding Time: 5-10pm City: Sycamore, OH Description: Easy wedding. Easy-going family. No ceremony. I booked Kassandra's parents wedding (8/29/20) and met them for a venue tour, and sent two guys out to their private garage/barn for the gig, as I myself was booked. They were pleased with the service. Same setup this time. But it's at an event center this time. Bride originally wrote at lead: "We are having a small ceremony with a big wedding party/reception following. We have everyone from family in OR and WA to navy member flying in from Hawaii coming. You were at my dad's wedding and we had a blast. I'd love to be able to do it again! I have some guaranteed song I want but also want yo leave the happy hour music up to the professionals."
Reason: The DJ I had on my crew back in January when this was signed has been out of contact since March. I have not hired any new DJs since then to replace him. So I'm looking for another established DJ to take this gig.
Preparation: Playlists will be provided as well as ALL wedding details. No consultation is required with client (optional). Contract: she signed on January 4, 2024. (Our price have increased since then as listed online)
Payout: Starting at 60% of below quote requiring DJ to have full gear and run all MC responsibilities. Pay may go up based on skills/experience. Pay may go down based on skill/experience, needing equipment/transportation assistance, or going with less equipment than listed on the price quote. References or close-up photos/videos of your gigs and equipment rig is needed.
Price Quote: 5-Star Wedding DJ Package $1,000.00 was paid in full by client "Up to 5 hours of music played at the wedding reception (and optional ceremony) including seating music, cocktail music, grand entrance, dinner, and dance party. Includes MC announcing for wedding party grand entrance, spotlight dances, and special songs. Includes PA system, 8 dance floor lights, additional 8 uplights in DJ area, wireless microphone, 50 must-play songs, on-site song requests, video call consultation, one or two phone calls, unlimited texting support, digital forms, access to client portal and event planning phone app. Includes taxes, insurance, travel mileage up to 50 miles one-way, and setup/teardown. Add-ons are available below. This price quote may expire in 1 month and be subject to then current pricing. A deposit of around 30% of the total invoice is required."
