NEXT STEPS
Initial Questionnaire. Upon submitting lead information on our website, clients receive a questionnaire that will help us know more about their unique event needs, and get the conversation going. All wedding leads will receive this document immediately. Sometimes, a quick phone call or texts will be necessary.
The Quote. We offer a base package and plenty of add-on options for events and parties. Weddings usually start with a 5-Star Package. We may send an email outlining ALL of our pricing information and what is included in each of our packages. Client must "accept" a price quote. This document can be edited after completion, upon request. We usually book events up to 18 months in advance.
The Contract. A contract is attached to the price quote above. It must be signed by both client and MicDrop Productions. Sufficient contact must be made by phone call, text or email before MDP will counter-sign the contract.
Deposit Payment. An invoice will be sent separately following a contract agreement. Usually 30-35% deposit is typically due within 5 days after contract signing. We accept deposits of up to 50% of the total invoice. A Square payment processing fee of 3.1% will be applicable on invoices paid by debit/credit card. Please plan to use the same payment method for all payments sent. LEARN MORE
Planning App. After paying the deposit or up to 90 days prior to the wedding or complex event we will send the planning app that goes over all the details of your event timeline and music. This will be delivered via a weblink that must be first opened using a smart phone. We use all this information during our final consultation. Parties and simple events typically do not make use of this mobile app. LEARN MORE
Initial Consultation. We can set an appointment to meet by phone, video or in-person, either before or after the contract has been signed. Video calls and web-conferencing are available via FaceTime, Google Meet & Zoom. Schedule a time on our calendar HERE.
Final Consultation & Payment. Clients should set an appointment time to occur 1-3 weeks before the event. The event/wedding planning app questions and music selections are due 1-2 days before the final consultation. The final payment is also due at the conclusion of (or prior to) the final consultation.
